English: The sculpture Delta Solar by Alejandro Otero (1921–1990). It is located outside the west end of the National Air and Space Museum in Washington D.C. The sculpture, whose stainless steel sails rotate in the breeze, was a Bicentennial gift to the United States from the people of Venezuela.
